- All orders are prepaid only. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
- Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, typically 3–7 business days.
- Shipping charges:
- Free Shipping on orders above ₹499
- ₹50 delivery charge on orders below ₹499
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS/Email.
2. Order Cancellation
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
- Customers are requested to review all details before making payment.
3. Return Policy
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered.
However, returns/replacements may be considered only in the following cases:
- You receive a damaged or defective product
- You receive a wrong item
4. Replacement / Refund Process
- You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos as proof
- After verification, we will:
- Offer a replacement, or
- Provide a refund (if replacement is not possible)
5. Non-Returnable Situations

- Change of mind after delivery

- Delay in reporting the issue (beyond 24 hours)
